Title: Cranapana Bread (Lower Fat)

2 1/2cAll-purpose flour
3 1/8tsBaking powder
1/3tsSalt
1cSugar
2tbSalad oil
3/4cSkim milk
1/2cEgg beaters=ae 99% egg subst
1lgRipe banana; mashed
1cChopped cranberries
1 Apple; peeled and chopped
1/3cChopped walnuts
1/4cRaisins

Recipe by: Tidewater on the Half Shell p125 (modified by R. Winters)=20 Sift together the flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside. Combine th sugar, oil, milk, egg beaters, and mashed bananas in a large bowl and mix well. Stir in the flour mixture. Fold in cranberries, apple, walnuts, and raisins. Spoon into greased 9x5-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350=B0F. for 60= minutes.

Optional topping: Mix together confectioners sugar and skim milk to make a glaze; spread over cooled loaf.
